Mr. GBENGA AFOLAYAN : HND (INS)MBA FCII

Mr. Afolayan, a Chartered Insurer, is the Chairman of the Company. A man with rich academic background holds Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London. He started his insurance career with Great Nigeria Insurance Company before moving over to Insurance Brokers of Nigeria - a member of CT Bowing and Marsh Maclean, U. S. A. where he was exposed to Insurance at International level. Before joining Goldlink, he was with Afritrust Insurance Brokers - a subsidiary of First Credit Trust, Victoria Island as the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer. Mr Afolayan lectured at Lagos State Polytechnic for over 5 years as a part - time lecturer and course moderator.

Mr.FEMI OKUNNIYI : LLB(HONS) LB MBA ACII MNIM

Mr. Okunniyi, a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Yaba College of Technology, is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years experience in the Insurance Industry covering General Underwriting and Claims. Mr. Okunniyi stated his insurance career with Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Nigeria PLC and later joined Veritas Insurance Co. Ltd where he was in charge of Technical Operations. He has attended various senior management courses and seminars. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Apart fromsuccessfully completing his Law Degree programme, LLB at the prestigious University of Lagos, Okunniyi a legal practitioner also obtained Masters Degree in Business Administraion from the same University. He has attended several trainings home and abroad.

MR. TONY EFEGHERIMONI : Bsc, MBA, FCA

Mr. Efegherimoni, The Executive Director Finance and Administration holds Bachelors degree in Accounting from University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration.He worked for Hassan, Nakpodia & Co., a firm of chartterred accountants from 1987 to 1992 as Auditor, Accountant, Tax, Financial and Management Consultant. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN. He joined Goldlink Insurance Company Limited in November, 1992 as the Head Finance/Administration is now Executive Director, Finance and Administration. Thony has over 23 years experience in accounting management.

MR. SAMUEL EBUN IDOWU :

Mr. Idowu, a Chartered insurer was of Phoenix Assurance Plc for several years and is now retired. He is presently involved in large scale farming and the Chaiman of Owonoko Farms Limited. He studied as a private student and qualified as a chartered insurer in 1973

REV. RANTI ODUBOGUN :

Venerable Odubogun is a retired Executive Director, Marketing of Cadbury Nigeria Plc. je is currently into full time ministry and is the Lord Bishop, Ife Anglican communion. He attended University of Lagos and Obtained Bachelor degree in Business in 1969.

CHIEF KINGSLEY OLANREWAJU OLUFEKO

Chief Olufeko, qualified as a chartered Insurer in 1968, having attended East London College, London and Holborn College of Law, WCL. London. He started his insurance career with Royal Exchange Assurance in 1955 and retired at American International Insurance Company in 19955 Having spent 22 years as the first African General Manager. Chief Olufeko attended several courses both locally and International and widely travelled. He later found Lexington Insurance Company in 1992 and remained actively on the Board of the company until acquired by Goldlink in 2006.

CHIEF NDUKWE OSOGHO AJALA:

He is the Managing director and Chief executive, Soulmate Industries limited. Chief Oshogho-Ajala, an Industrial Chemist obtained his degree from Federak University of Technology Owerri, with second class upper and a certificate from the prestigious Lagos Business school(owner Management programme). chief Ajala began his working career from Bendel Textile Milll Limited, Asaba and worked in reputable establishments and honorably resigned to start his company, Soulmate industries Limited in 1992, a flourishing company. he is widely traveled, also involves in Philanthropic activities/awards and was honored by the federal Government of Nigeria with the Officer of the Order of the Niger-OON in December 2005.
