Femi OKUNNIYI :LLB(HONS) LB MBA ACII MNIM

Mr. Okunniyi, a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Yaba College of Technology, is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years experience in the Insurance Industry covering General Underwriting and Claims. Mr. Okunniyi stated his insurance career with Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Nigeria PLC and later joined Veritas Insurance Co. Ltd where he was in charge of Technical Operations. He has attended various senior management courses and seminars. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Apart fromsuccessfully completing his Law Degree programme, LLB at the prestigious University of Lagos, Okunniyi a legal practitioner also obtained Masters Degree in Business Administration from the same University. He has attended several trainings home and abroad.

Tony EFEGHERIMONI : Bsc, MBA, FCA

Mr. Efegherimoni, The Executive Director Finance and Administration holds Bachelors degree in Accounting from University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration.He worked for Hassan, Nakpodia & Co., a firm of chartterred accountants from 1987 to 1992 as Auditor, Accountant, Tax, Financial and Management Consultant. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN. He joined Goldlink Insurance Company Limited in November, 1992 as the Head Finance/Administration is now Executive Director, Finance and Administration. Thony has over 23 years experience in accounting management.

Funke MOORE (MRS) : HND (INS) MBA FCII FIIN

Mrs. Moore is the General Manager of Goldlink Life Assurance Company, a subsidiary of Goldlink Insurane Plc. She graduated from Lagos State Polytechnic and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London. She started her insurance carrer as a lecturer with Lagos State Polytechnic and later joined Valid Assuarnce Companu Limited as the Marine Manager. She joined Goldlink Insurance Plc in November 1992. She was admitted a Fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria in 2007.

Gbolahan ODUTAYO : HND (INS) MBA ANIM
	Mr. Odutayo is the General Manager, Lagos Central Office and a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic. His experience covers a series of management positions in reputable companies namely Crusader Insurance Co. Plc. Fidelity Bonds (Incorporated Insurance Brokers), and British - American Insurance Co. Plc. as their Branch Manager responsible for Lagos Operations before he finally joined Goldlink in November, 1992

Supo FALANA, HND(INS),MBA,FCII
	Mr. Supo Falana is 1992 graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic. He had his MBA program at Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti in 1999. He started his insurance career in Nigeria General Insurance Co. Ltd. a subsidiary of Oodua Investment Limited in 1989, and of insurance Department Delta Steel Company limited, Ovian-Aladja between 1992-1993, He joined Goldlink Insurance Company towards the end of 1993 where he had worked in various units within the Technical Department of Goldlink spanning Reinsurance, Claims,and General Underwriting before rising to the post of Head, Technical operations of the Company. He became a fellow of the Insurance Institute of Nigeria in 2009.

Dapo OWOEYE BSc MSc ANIM AIIN
	Dapo, an erudite Insurer, is the Head of Marketing and Product Development holds Bachelor Degree in Economics and Also a Masters Degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Lagos State University(LASU). An Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria as well as Nigeria Institute of Management. Dapo also holds Masters In Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He started his Insurance career with Amicable Insurance PLC in 1990 and joined Goldlimk Insurance Plc in 1994 as Management trainee.

Omotayo LONGE ABU ACII
	Abu, Senior Consultant in charge of the Opic Paza branch of the company is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate member of the Charterred institute of London. He also holds a Diploma Certificate in Marketing from the University of Lagos. He started his insurance career in 1974 with Abel George Johnson Insurance Brokers, one of the few indegenous brokers with foreign partnership. Before joining Goldlink in 2006, he held responsible positions in many other reputable Insurance companies. amongst these were Lion of Africa, City Union Company as the Managing Director and the later Lexington international as the General Manager(Operations). He joined Goldlink following the mergers of Lexington, Safeway and Express Insurance companies in 1999. His insurance experience spanned over 35 years.

Roland AWOYINFA BSc, ACII, ACIArb, MMP
	Roland started his insurance career with the Nigeria General Insurance Company Limited. He worked with the firm between 1982 and 1992 as Assistant Suprerintendent. He later joined the International Standard Insurers Limited as Regional Underwritter(Branch Manager) between 1992 and 1994. As a Regiona Underwriter he was responsible for the coordination of regional offices, underwritting, undertaking survey risks for new businesses, marketing and attending to request from branches under the region. As the Branch Manager, he saw to the coordination of the branch's marketing activities, supervision of subordinate officers, and credit control for the region and branch offices. He brought his vast experiences to Goldlink Insurance Plc as Controller(West) Marketing in January 1995 as he overseas the general administration of all the offices under his region. His flair for quality administrative prowess in line with insurance industry is vivid in the outstanding performances and formulation of marketing policies recorded by West region of the company. Roland is a chartered insurer, a Bachelors Degree holder in Banking and Finance, has a Masters Degree in Mangerial Psychology and also an associate member of the Institute of Arbitrators.

Adekunle AJAYI BSc, MBA,FCII, MCBA, MICRM
	Kunle is a member of Certified Board of Administration as well as the Institute of Credit & Risk Management of Nigeria. he started his fulfilling insurance career with NEM Insurance Company in 1984 and 1990. He later moved o Liberty Assurance Company as Senior Risk Analyst before joining Industrial & Genral Insurance as Branch Manager. He is a chatered insurer, a holder of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration as well as Master of Business Administration. He was appointed Regional Coordinator for Warr in Goldlink since year 2000. His rich marketing skills have undoubtedly earned the company name within the region.

Kamoru SULE BSc, MSc, ACII, ANIM
	Sule is the Controller, Port-Harcourt of the company. He started his career with Manilla Insurance Company, Later moved to Fortune Insurance Brokers, then City Union Insurance Company. He was the Branch Manager Port-Harcourt of the Crusader Insurance Company Plc from 1995 to 1997. Sule brought his wide ranges of experience to Goldlink in 2007 where he joined in 2007 as Senior Manager before rising to the post of Controller. A chartered insurer as well as an associate member of the Nigerian Marketing Association is a graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos and Masters Degree in Marketing.

Babasola Ajayi
	Mr. Ajayi is an astute insurer with rich experience spanning over forty-two years. His vast Knowledge in marketing, underwritting and claims management are valuable assets to the company which e has deployed to make significant contribution to the company's business particularly in the Norther region of the country. This touch of experience has reflected in his impresive performance as the Controller, North Region of Goldlink Insurance Plc.

Dayo Coker HND(ACCTS),MBA,ACA,ACTI,ANIM
	Dayo Coker, An astute accountant wih over 18 years experience, is 1992 graduate of Yaba College of Technology. He also holds MBA in Mnagement from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. An associate member of Institute of chatered Accountants of Nigeria, associate member of chatered institute of taxation and the Nigerian Institute of Management. His career began in 1993, as an accountant at Munic & Associaes Nigeria Ltd. He joined Goldlink Insurance Plc in 1995 where he had worked in varoius units within Finance department before rising to the post of Controller, Finance & Investment of the company.
